A: The beer is very hazy dark pinkish purple in color. It poured with a half finger high white head that quickly died down, leaving a delicate webbing of bubbles on the surface and a thin collar around the edge along with bits of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lime yogurt are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, and has flavors of yogurt-like lactobacillus and strong notes of plums limes. There is a light amount of sourness.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied and a little creamy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This gose isn't that sour or salty, but the taste has nice flavors of plums and limes.

A really neat brew here, beautiful lavender pink to soft purple in the glass from the plums, packed with flavor, but never forced, and quite drinkable for what it is. A gose type with lime juice and plums and salt all happening it, and quite a bit more complex overall than a lot of these ever are, even if the yeast element is relatively minimal. The lactic sourness is mild and its clean, the acidity of the lime seems higher than any from the fermentation profile, and the plum has enough sweetness left in its fleshy ripeness to balance this and keep it from being aggressive or anything at all. A light candied note to it but not sugary, just like a flavor concentration, a floral complexion too, a really neat freshness that I like, and just a little brine thing in the finish from the salt, but less than is common in the style. Refreshing because of the high carbonation, interesting layers of flavor through it, and overall something we all really liked. Great beers from top to bottom of the menu in here, I loved this place!

A: Pours an opaque slightly cloudy soft purple in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate ruby red + plum + orange colored highlights. The beer has a finger tall fizzy foamy pinkish white head that reduces to a large patch of thin film covering a little more than 90% of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of slightly sour wheat malts with minimal amounts of sweetness with a light to moderate amount of brininess. Light to moderate aromas of acidic lacto tart lemon and light aromas of fresh lime citrus. Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of plum and light aromas of citrus/orange.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of slightly sour wheat malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate amounts of brininess and moderate amounts of acidic lacto tart lemon and light flavors of fresh lime citrus. Finally there are moderate flavors of citrus/orange and slightly sweet, slightly tart plums. Light amounts of lingering tartness.
M: Light to medium bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a moderate amount of acidic prickliness.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a nice crisp refreshing mouthfeel with just enough acidity. Enjoyable with a really nice combonation of plum, orange, and lime over the top of pleasant gose base.
