On-tap at Fifth Hammer Brewing, Long Island City, NY
A: The beer is crystal clear red in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of cranberries are present in the nose, but overall the smell seems to be a little funky.
T: Flavors of cranberries stand out in the taste, which finishes with notes of blood oranges.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has a lot of aromas and flavors of cranberries and would make for a good selection during the Thanksgiving holiday.

A: Pours a crystal clear, almost opaque ruby red in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and moderate amounts of orange + garnet red colored highlights. The beer has a finger tall fizzy foamy pale pinkish white head that reduces to a medium sized patch of very thin film and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of tart cranberries with light aromas of citrus/blood orange. Slightly heavier than light aromas of funkiness similar to brett. Light aromas of grainy + pale malts with minimal amounts of sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of grainy + pale malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. That is followed by light to moderate amounts of brett-like funkiness. Finally there are moderate flavors of tart cranberries and light to moderate flavors of citrus/blood orange. Light amounts of lingeirng tartness in the finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light to moderate amounts of acidic prickliness.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasant amount of acidic prickliness. Enjoyable with a holiday taste and aroma - blood orange and cranberries remind me of Thanksgiving and Christmas time.
