On-tap at Fifth Hammer Brewing, Long Island City, NY
A: The beer is hazy amber yellow in color. It poured with a narrow collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of funk are present in the nose.
T: The taste starts off with a bit of funk but this is a bit balanced out with notes of chardonnay from the barrel aging.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer does a good job at combining the brett and chardonnay.
Serving type: on-tap
