A: The beer is very hazy pinkish red in color. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving just a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of watermelon are present in the nose along with hints of lime.
T: The taste follows the smell but has stronger flavors of lime (mostly notably in the finish), but these aren't quite on par with those of the watermelon. There is a light amount of sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and somewhat tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: With all of the aromas and flavors of watermelon, this sour makes for a nice summer beer. I liked how there wasn't any sweetness associated with the watermelon, as this was negated by the lime and/or sourness.
