We brewed this crisp, refreshing German-style Pilsner with Pilsner malt and Saaz hops. Primary fermented in one of our foeders and lagered in stainless.

Mostly clear golden body with a white head. Grassy hops dance in a nose full of pale grains, pilsner malt, and lemon zest. Taste follows the same book with the flavorings plus more general breadiness, but now the hops finish the sip with a crescendo. Feel is medium bodied, mildly pale, malty with grainy definition, just solid all around. No real weaknesses, would happily have again any time of year

This one pours a clean light yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like biscuits and crackers, with lemony and spicy hops, and pilsner malt.
This is solid and no-frills. It's super smooth with a good balance of hop flavor (lemon, spice, grass) and bitterness, along with tasty bready maltiness.
This is light bodied, crisp, and very clean, with a great drinkability. It's quite smooth.
This brewery has been hit and miss for me so far, but this was an easy hit for sure.

From the can, it pours a clear straw yellow color. Carbonation is visible and spritzy. A thumbnail size head retains well and leaves rings of lacing.
The nose opens cleanly and with hints of grainy malts, crisp cracker and lightly toasted bread. Aromas of herbal and grassy hops are accompanied by bright notes of fruity and floral hops.
The taste first highlights crisp cracker malts, biscuity and doughy with a bit of sweetness. Bright fruity hops flavors give way to herbal, grassy and peppery spices. The bitterness is smooth and earthy. The finish is crisp and dry.
Light to medium bodied with a mostly crisp mouthfeel. The carbonation is moderate to lively.
Solid Pilsner overall. Refreshing, easy to drink, and flavorful.
