A: The beer is very hazy reddish purple in color. It poured with a short light pink colored head.
S: Light aromas of raspberries are present in the nose along with notes of wheat.
T: The taste follows the smell but has stronger flavors of raspberries.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This witbier is very easy to drink and has a nice amount of raspberry flavors in the taste.
