A: The beer is hazy yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation along with some fine particulates hanging in suspension near the bottom of the glass. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head.
S: Light to moderate aromas of yeast are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has moderate flavors of yeast, similar to what you would expect from a farmhouse saison.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found the smell and taste of this beer to be interesting because it seemed like a hybrid between a pilsner and a saison.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a streak of orange. Well retaining thumbnail length head.
The nose opens with notes of grainy and moderately sweet biscuity malts. Gently spicy aromas of lemon and grass compliment the grains.
Clean and refreshing with a dry cracker and semi biscuity malt base. This effectively supports the hops flavors, as overall this is a well hopped brew. Bright and earthy spices fill the palate, with notes of citrus, grass and peppery spices. Dry palate overall with a clean bitterness throughout. The finish is crisp and dry.
Light body, very easy drinking. Mouthfeel is appropriately crisp and the carbonation is lively. Great feel overall.
Another supremely crushable and tasty “virtual” lager from Fifth Hammer. This is the 2nd great example I’ve had of their that utilizes warm fermenting Norwegian yeast.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like fruity yeast, grassy hops, sweet grain, and honey.
This is pretty solid, but possibly just a little too sweet. I want more hop character to balance out that grainy sweetness from the malt and the fruity sweetness from the kveik yeast.
This is light bodied, mostly clean, with a good smoth finish and drinkability. I just want a bit more crispness.
This is an interesting concept, and it's relatively successful, just not entirely so for me.
