Dark, as a proper stout always is with a modest , short lived head. Aroma of coffee, cereal & malted grain. Mildly salty/bitter. Lots of coffee flavor with oatmeal & some malt. No alcohol detected. Medium viscosity & carbonation. A delicious but simplistic flavor profile that could probably stand an increased ABV.
