375ml corked and caged bottle into a Brooklyn Brewery snifter.
Nice pink goldenrod color. Nose is strawberry, cherry, and white wine spritzer. Not unpleasant but there's noticeably no funkiness and the oakiness is barely there. Beer opens lightly tart cherry. Sourness grows towards the middle but is never overwhelming. Strawberry comes in towards the middle. Seedy with a bitterness you often get by biting the seed. Brett presence towards the end creates a foamy, slightly funky flavor. Lightly zesty on the aftertaste. Body is light with ample carbonation. Prickly and foamy on the palate and goes down crisp and refreshing with a slightly lingering aftertaste.
This one's pretty solid. The flavor profile is simple but it's well integrated.
