A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a patch of bubbles on the surface, a narrow collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grassy hops and bits of spice are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, but the flavors of underlying malts are a touch stronger and the hops also contribute a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels a bit more than light-bodied, clean and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pilsner is very easy to drink and can be considered sessionable given its light-bodied nature and low alcohol content.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance - The beer pours a clear golden straw color with a one finger head of white foam. The head has a great retention, slowly fading to leave a little bit of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma is a mix of grain and bread, with lots of caramel. Rounding it all out are notes of herb and citrus as well as harvest fruit smells of apple and pear
Taste - The taste begins with a caramel and harvest fruit sweetened breast taste. There is a bit of graininess at the start, which gets more pronounced as the taste advances. Some light herb and hay as well as more malt come at the end, leaving one with a more malty (at least for a 4.5% brew) taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body of the brew is heavier for the style and abv, with a carbonation level that is high. For the style a lighter body would have been better, making an easier sipper overall.
Overall - A lower abv, but more malty pilsner. OK, but nothing too extraordinary.
