A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly died down, leaving a patch of bubbles on teh surface, a narrow collar around the edge and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sweet and pale malts are present in the nose along with notes of coconuts.
T: The taste follows the smell, except the flavors of coconuts are a bit more subdued.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and has a nice smooth mouthfeel but it would have been nicer if the smell and taste of coconut was stronger.
