16 oz can no date into a pokal.
L: SRM 2-3 Pours a straw earthy gray toned yellow with light steady carbonation, a thin eggshell white head that is immediately thin edge foam, a few dots of light lacing.
S: Yeast, fruit, lime, lime pith.
T: Medium-strength lime, very light malts with muted sweetness, lime zest, light yeast, a distant suggestion of bread, lightly pale, barely any aftertaste.
F: Moderately flat and smooth medium bodied mouthfeel with a medium length finish that is quickly dry.
O: A wholesome tasting Lime Lager that is well balanced and is extremely refreshing. Lime taste is real, beer is light. It is very good in its style.
