Sonic Architecture is back, and of all of the waves, this is by far the most recent. Tropical notes dance on the nose of this hazy masterpiece, with juicy notes of tangerine, strawberry, passion fruit and marmalade.
Hops: Pacific Sunrise, Strata, Citra, Mosaic

On tap at Swillburger/The Playhouse in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a fairly hazy golden orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like melon, blueberry, guava, strawberry, and orange.
This is pretty solid, with a honeyed and juicy hop character, and no real malt character that I can tell. It’s very Mosaic forward, with all that berry and honey goodness, with some pineapple and guava as well.
This is light bodied, clean, slightly creamy, and pretty crisp.
I’ve only had a few of the beers in this series, but they do to tend to be solid beers.
