Blessed are the brewers for they shall ferment the wort. Blessed are the beertenders for they shall pour the ale. Blessed are the beer drinkers for they shall quaff the nectar. Blessing Of The Suits, our latest Belgian style ale was brewed with traditional Trappist monks at heart and aged on oak. With a slight nose of honey, orange peel and flora, the palate brings a well rounded light bodied beer with a lovely banana flavor common in Belgians, and a hint of hops akin to a pale ale. Whether praising the beer gods or going through the daily Abbey chores, this beer will bring the divinity you seek. Dona Eis Requiem.

16oz can. Label has this information 'CAN CONDITIONED ON 9/29/23'.
Partly cloudy pale gold colored body, looks to be unfiltered. Three fingers of white head reduce slowly and becomes a fluffy cap and bubbly ring. Leaves behind wide strings of lacing.
Aroma is yeasty, with orange, lemon, pencil eraser, and honey.
Taste has a sharp note from the yeast, with sweet honey and oak barrel. Flavors of apple and banana, citrus and lemon. Delivers a hop bite.
Medium mouth feel. Gets dry at the end. Excellent carbonation.
The honey sweetness helps to balance with the sharpness of the yeast. Oak barrel and hops provide additional complexity.
