Bottle @ House of Hops and Barley in Istanbul. Cost was 16 lira.
Pours a clear copper. Yeah, this isn't a hefeweizen. Hardly the turbid hazy orange you'd look for in even the worst beers in the style. This isn't even kellerweizen material. Clearly filtered.
Taste is bubblegum phenol and neutral malt sweetness. That's it.
Mouthfeel is coating, smooth, and wet.
Simple fare from a subpar brewery. I wouldn't touch it again at this price, but at least it's not unrefreshing.
