Bought in Istanbul Turkey, years back, review notes found today.
L- Light chestnut, lively gas on pouring. Pale tan head clears very quickly to ring. V-v small amount of rising CO2.
S- Malty with some spices.
T- Toasty malts into pretty full hops. Very little CO2, but a bit right on the tongue.
F- In a blind-tasting I'd perhaps guess the toasty malts might be a German Dunkel, but this is just 5%. The hops mean it ends refreshing.
O- Apart from the very light carbonation, perhaps killed by an over-cleaned glass, the taste of the beer is very pleasant, toasty but refreshing.
