Pint on draft at Lumpoc in Bar Harbor.
Appearance: Cloudy amber with no head. Surprisingly dark for style.
Aroma: Clove, spice, wheat, honey.
Taste: Follows the nose along with the expected banana note. Tasty. Refreshing. Paired well with a banh mi.
Mouthfeel: Light of body. Standard for a hefe.
Overall: Flavorful, balanced, well executed hefe. Will seek out more from this brewery. Brewer-y, as it were. Sorry.
