Copenhagen 28/8 2020. 47,3 cl can from Best of Beers Web-shop. Weird drawing on the can of two howling green Skulls: One with hop flowers instead of eyes one with a hop flower beard.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - yellow with a small, bubbly white head. Settles as hin remnants of foam unable to cover much of anything. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a moderate sweet maltiness and a strong mixture of sour citric odors and tart berries. Lemon and citrus. Gooseberries and currants.
Fairly strong carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong citric sourness. Aftertaste is sour and lingers for a bit. Finish is dry like white wine.
Fine sour beer with a light IPA twist.
