Cumuli Nimbi will be exclusively on tap in our tasting room starting tomorrow. Brewed with Cool Ranch Doritos and Mountain Dew, Cumuli Nimbi takes your taste buds for one wild ride. Doritos were added to the mash to give this beer a nice corn-like finish, and copious amounts of Mtn. Dew were added to the boil to give it a hit of citrus. We then finished Cumuli Nimbi with multiple dry hoppings of El Dorado and Motueka hops and Citra and Mosaic Lupulin Powder to push it right over the edge.
