From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This decent BSDA pours a medium
rusty amber color with a moderate head of off white foam that settles
to a thick ring, thin subtle pool, and showcases some nice subtle lacing.
Nose of brown sugars, a touch of citrus laden hops showing pineapple,
some light breaded notes, and subtle herbal spice elements. Flavors expand
on the nose with light herbal hops with some touches of white pepper and
breaded malts giving hints of phenol laden yeast with light brown sugars
and a hint of citrus with pine touched hops more akin to orange zest.
Nice mouth feel; medium body, medium light carbonation, and a sweet
lightly spiced finish.
A first for me from this brewery and a solid brew at that.
Cheers
