------------------UPDATE----------------
Like most things from Holler, I'm just not really digging as much as i use to. Pale, murky yellow color. Super sweet, with some over ripe banana. Seems watery and flimsy, finishes way to sweet. While not outright bad, just not something I'm coming back to all that often anymore.

On tap at the brewery and around a few places. Southern Goods most recently.
A: Pours a beautifully vibrant hazed golden/yellow color. A dense two finger white head forms with excellent retention and lace.
S: Banana, clove, peppery spice, lemon, biscuit malts all intermingle. A bit mineral like in the nose as well. Really enjoyable overall.
T: Everything is really well incorporated here. Banana esters, clove, peppery spice. Along with a bit of tart lemon and biscuit/doughy malts, even some earthy/straw/hay flavors. Fantastic all around.
M/O: A light to medium body. Perfectly effervescent body. Beautifully crisp, clean and even refreshing. This is something I can come back to a lot. Really impressed with this.
Again, I don't get the low scores for this brewery. Or at least the few ticks there are to go by. This is a spot on Hefe. Overall an excellent example of the style that I want to keep coming back to.
