A: Pours with some haze. A golden/straw color. A two finger white head forms with some retention and light lace is left behind.
S: Husky wheat, some hay like aromas. Light sulfur and vegetable aromas. Some spices I can't really describe. Tart lemon/orange peal, biscuit malts. Interesting.
T: Like the nose, husky wheat, hay, earthy flavors. I do get some sulfur and almost green vegetable flavors. Spices, orange and lemon peal that are slightly tart. Enjoyable and interesting.
M/O: A light to medium body. Crisp and effervescent carbonation. Smooth at the same time. Easy to drink for what it is. It takes a slight hit from the greenness, but still something I can come back to with ease.
I am overplaying the greenness/vegetable character. Which is there but not over powering. An enjoyable Wit, that is just not exceptional IMO.
