A: Pours a beautifully clear copper/orange color. A dense two finger white head forms with plenty of lace left down the glass.
S: A fairly neutral nose at first. Once this warms cereal grains and toasted malts come out. Bready, biscuit malts, with just a touch of spicy hops in the background. While everything is very subtle, it is really enjoyable.
T: Like the nose, subtle, but the malts shine a bit more. Cereal grains, bready, doughy flavors. Toasted malts. A touch of earthy, spicy hops in the background. Really good.
M/O: A light body with excellent, almost effervescent carbonation. Super clean, dry and ultra smooth. This is great, I can come back to this again and again.
Another subtle, simple, but spot on example of the style from Holler. One that I would love to keep coming back to again and again if I could. So much better than the cloying sweet Americanized examples seen all to often. Well done...again.
