A: Pours with a nice haze, pale yellow/orange in color. A dense two finger white head forms with good retention. That eventually recedes to leave nice lace behind.
S: Up front, a touch of juicy pineapple, some lemon and orange peal. Grapefruit bitterness, which at first makes this more of an IPA, but a nice biscuit like malt character comes in to balance everything out.
T: Like the nose, bright and vibrant hops up front. Pineapple, orange and lemon rind. A touch of biscuit malts, and a touch sweet. Then a grapefruit bitterness takes over. Very nice.
M/O: A medium body with effervescent carbonation. Crisp, clean, and semi dry. Smooth at the same time. Easy to drink, another offering I can come back to with ease at the brewery.

It is getting predictable how clean and well made their beers are. This is a great Pale Ale. Maybe just a bit to high in alcohol for my liking for the style, and can see this being equally impressive as an IPA. Though semantics that doesn't mean much in the long run. Another really good offering from Holler.
