Juicy, hazy, trendy, IPA with an aromatic nose of fresh citrus, juicy mouth feel, and soft subdued bitter finish.

Last beer I had after four English style beers. It is just what you expect from the NE style IPA: loools like juice, very strong citrus smell, bold flavors of orange, grapefruit, and some mango and tangerine. Smooth feel. Nice, refreshing, good beer!

Kegged on 12/11/2017. Poured into shaker from tap, 1 finger cream colored head, little retention and good lacing. Clear golden in the glass, slight chill haze. Smells of citrus and pineapple. Taste follows the nose citrus and pineapple, some slight bitterness on the finish. Good drinking beer, good creamy mouthfeel. Poured on tap at brewery. I now this is supposed to be an neipa, but it doesn't look like one.
Note: subsequent trip 2 weeks later, had a pour from the tank, had good haziness and probably a better hop bite

This is Holler's attempted at a NEIPA.
A: Pours a near opaque, but not yeasty slurry like. A yellow/orange color with a two finger white head. The foam gently recedes to a ring and some patchy lace.
S: Nondescript stone fruits that fades away quickly. A touch of bitterness lingers but not strong at all. Again, this just fades to quickly and I can't pick anything out.
T: Follows the nose with a nondescript stone fruit character that quickly fades. Just the faint hint of lingering bitterness. Though I don't find this astringent at all, which most in this style seems to be. Still fades away to quickly.
M/O: There is actually some semblance of a body and carbonation here. Which is almost shocking for a NEIPA. Certainly much softer carbonation, but still there. At least in the beginning. Not chalky or astringent. Though, again does fade away to fast. Along with the alcohol being to sneaky. I would much prefer their regular IPA.
There is almost the appearance of body and feel. Which says a lot, but still leaves me wanting more. Which is not hard to get with their regular IPA or any number of other great too style offerings. Though if they actually marketed this better, they could pack the house as it is pretty much the same as the rest that are coming out in the "style" around town.
