A: Pours with a slight chilled haze, that clears up in a minute. A golden/orange color. A dense two finger white head forms with very good retention and rings of lace left all the way down the glass.
S: Slightly fruity/estery hops up front. Passion fruit/stone fruit. That leads to a tart peach aroma. Relatively simple, but very enjoyable.
T: The fruity and ester like hops are up front. I get tart peach skins, that leads to a more acidic bite than first expecting. With a touch of doughy malts. Everything works great, and should be thought of as a kettle soured Pale Ale.
M/O: A medium body with a beautiful effervescent bite. Supper clean, and finishes perfectly dry. Something I can come back to with ease.
A really good clean and dry kettle soured Pale Ale. Refreshingly simple, and follows Holler's MO of making simple but well made beers that you just want to keep coming back to. I have found other breweries that are suppose to specialize in this make muddled and not very welcoming examples. This is something I would highly recommend.
