This is their new IPA, not a single Hop, but mostly Mosaic. Right now it is only available on cask, regular CO2 should be available soon though.
A: Pours with a touch of haze. Golden/yellow in color. A dense white head forms with excellent retention and rings of lace left down the glass.
S: Up front is a fruity nose, melons and berry aromas. A bit floral, and some baked bread like malts come out and assume that is more noticeable from the cask conditioning.
T: Big floral and fruity hops here. Melons, berries, a lingering bitterness. Baked bread like malts in the background, enhanced from the cask. Excellent and really well balanced.
M/O: A medium to full body that is ultra smooth. That perfect cask carbonation that is not under carbonated at all, and lasts throughout the finish. Really enjoyable and easy to drink. I am looking forward to revising this.
An excellent IPA, and the cask conditioning is spot on. This should be a big hit for the brewery when they release it on regular CO2, and I love it as is. Well done.
