Batch 2 is on tap at the brewery as of this review. I had it once the fist go around but never got to review it.
A: Pours with a brilliant clarity. Golden orange color. A dense white head rises to over two fingers. Good lace is left behind.
S: Bready, biscuit like malts in the nose. Very simple, with just a touch of Saaz hops in the finish.
T: Like the nose very simple and subtle. Bread, biscuit, light sweetness, and grassy hops in the finish that doesn't leave any real bitterness though.
M/O: A light to medium body. Beautiful effervescent carbonation. That is crisp and supper clean. Incredibly moreish, and downed in big gulps.
Yeah, another quality lager from Holler. What would you expect? Glad this is back and during these hot summer Houston days is great. I didn't get a chance to drink a lot of this the first time around, but now that it is back this will be another go to for me. A perfect example of less is more.
