Medium mouthfeel, clean, crisp with carbonation. Spicy bitter finish.
Overall:
Feels like a full flavored pilsener, but nicely balanced.

A: Pours a beautiful bright and clear golden/yellow color. A dense pillowy head rises to two fingers. With excellent retention and lace left behind. This is a looker.
S: Biscuit like malts, sourdough bread, spicy floral and grassy hops lingering. Really well balanced, simple and excellent.
T: Like the nose, this has excellent balance. Biscuit, and sourdough bread. A touch of sweetness, then finished with just enough floral, spicy, grassy hops. I love this.
M/O: A medium body with perfect effervescent carbonation. Beautifully crisp and clean. While there is some sweetness, this finishes dry. I can down this in big gulps, and just keep coming back for more.
This is a perfect example of less is more. Excellent balance with nice malt and hop character. I might like it more than Dollar Pils and hope they continue to make this.
