Poured from can into tulip, good 2+ finger cream colored head, good retention and lacing. Pale golden in the glass, clean looking but sporting a chill haze. Big floral nose, can't pin the flower it reminds me of, but pretty potent, slight underlying citrus (lemon) detected. Taste, well not a really big fan on this one. The floral on the nose is also on the palate, had this at the brewery after trying the Saison, and really didn't care for it much, but being the first beer of the night it isn't that bad. Getting peaches, ripe apple and a lingering bit of cinnamon on the finish. Good crisp finish that I expect from most all of Hollers lagers. I think the thing that is throwing me on this one is it almost reminds me of a cobbler, and once I can come to terms with it, all is well.
