A: Pours an orange color, with a light haze, that clears up after a minute. A two finger white head forms with good lace left behind.
S: A mix of peach, orange rind and grapefruit. The hops are the show in the nose, and its simple and good.
T: Follows the nose, with that peach, orange rind and grapefruit. More malts are noticeable here, like old school caramel malts. Bitterness lingers on and is aggressive. Just a bit un balanced for my tastes, as far as that goes but still pretty enjoyable.
M/O: A medium to full body. Well carbonated and becomes pretty smooth as this breaths. No problems drinking one. maybe not going to come back to this all that often, as the alcohol is getting fairly high along with the aggressive bitterness for my tastes.
Overall, enjoyable and well made. If not to my tastes exactly, which really isn't a fault. Just a good old school IPA that has a bit more modern fruity character up front, and then the old school lingering bitterness.
