Poured from can into tulip good 2+ finger cream colored head, good retention and lacing. Pale golden in the glass, crystal clear to look at. Baked bread and cut grass on the nose. Taste follows the nose, sweet doughy malt, grassy hops, tinge of lemon, some herbal notes in the middle and the finish is a good mild bitterness with a dry finish. Residual lemon/grassiness remains on the palate.

A collaboration between the Holler's and Brock Wagner from Saint Arnold of coarse. An homage to the importance of Saint Arnold in this town.
A: Pours with a slight haze that clears up after a minute. A dense white head forms with excellent retention and plenty of lace left behind.
S: Plenty of Saaz hops in the nose. Herbal, spicy, and grassy. Which is all excellent. Also a lot of sourdough baked bread. Really simple, but spot on for the style.
T: Like the nose, the Saaz hops are up front, but not as intense as first expected, which is not bad in anyway. There is a much more substantial sweetness here, with plenty of baked bread flavors going on. Just a touch of bitterness lingering.
M/O: A medium body. Effervescent carbonation that is crisp and beautifully clean. Downed in bog gulps. This is a really good examples of a Helles lager.
Yeah, no surprising a collaboration between Holler and Saint Arnold makes one of the better lagers around in Houston. Really well done, and my score might be a little on the low end. Cause it is really good and spot on. Again, a well made Helles and highly recommended while its still available.
