A: Pours with a bit of haze. A white head forms, and rise to about two fingers. Light lace is left behind.
S: Tropical fruits, berry, melons. Generally fruit salad like aromas.
T: Like the nose, tropical fruits, berry, and melons. Fruity juicy, very light bitterness and more sweetness than I would want in an IPA.
M/O: A medium body with moderate carbonation. Very sweet in the finish, needs to be drier and crisper for me. Not hard to drink for what it is, just not my preferred version of the style.
Holler seems to think this is a drier and more bitter IPA than I do. Its more of a Yellow Rose clone, than any West Coast IPA I have had. Not really bad at all, though maybe a bit miss categorized by the brewer for whatever reason. In that generic fruity IPA mode, and kind of middle of the road at that, but enjoyable enough at the same time.
