Sheet steel warehouse building in a row of like buildings just south of the highway. Short service bar in the back to the right of the brewhouse. Some tables about the front of the room and picnic area out back. 10 beers on tap, single cans to go. It was a stroke of luck I was passing through the one day they are open. Friendly service.

Guess I'll add some of my general thoughts here, which is pretty much the opposite of a lot of others. I have never understood the appeal of going to a tiny warehouse shed, standing in line, and sweating at a brewery. I didn't particularly like it when it was just Saint Arnold in a warehouse all those years ago either. People do tend to congregate outside as well, not that there is any real patio area, just kind of overflow with some tables scattered. Baa Baa is still only open one day a week as well, as far as I know. Lots of hazy/NEIPA and fruited/pastry stuff, which people say are great, but I never really thought so. Outside of that, they might do maybe one or two "traditional" options and an occasional barrel aged stout of one kind or another, but I haven't had the chance to try a lot of those. Just not a place I want to go out of my way for all that often, and the few times I have been, felt the beers were sub par IMO. With a limited selection of styles, and hardly any in styles I would actually want to drink.

Really nice microbrewery with impressive good beers where Hazy IPAs and Fruity Berliners are the way to go. It is definitively a hidden gem but they should consider extending their taproom hours , as for now they're only opening a feww hours on Saturdays. The long trip to Brookshire is worth.

Small basic taproom serving some fantastic beers.
Hazy IPAs and Fuited sours are what they do best.
Only three small problems:
- Way out of town (Houston)
- Open on two days a week
- I wish they distributed their fruited sours
If they were within 15mins of me this would be my go to brewery

Another wonderful little brewery in fairly rural Texas. (Another great example is Lone Pint in Magnolia, TX.) Baa Baa is only open on Saturday from 2 - 8 pm, so you need to plan ahead. The brewery does a great job on Untapped and Facebook to let you know what they have on tap.
The service is excellent and the folks knowledgeable. I got there a bit later in the day, so they were sold out of their fruited sours. The two NEIPAs and two stouts I had were excellent, with their Paczki stout one of the best beers I have had recently.
A bit west of Houston. If in the area on a Saturday, I highly recommend this brewery.

Seriously, this is the best place in all of Texas for hazies. They make some really badass NEIPAs!!!

Great place to bring family and drink great beer. Brew some yummy NEIPAs. That seems to be their specialty. They don't have much of a variety after that, but I go to drink the NEIPAs. It is a small busy place that is only open for 3 hours on Saturday evenings, so lines are long and move a little slow. You almost have to get back in line for another beer once you get a fresh one
