750ml bottle (bottled 04/13/16) poured into 10oz goblet. Poured a crystal clear copper color with about 1/2 inch of just off-white head that had moderate-to-light head that dissipated after a couple moments, leaving no lacing.
A bready, mildly sweet aroma hits the nose first, with a bit of gentle yeast spice in the background. Across the palate, there's a sweetness aspect, a spice component, nice bubbles tickling the buds, and an earthy note in the background.
The body is medium-full, and finishes fairly dry, considering the sweetness of the beer. Drinkability is very nice, it won't be chore to knock off the bottle. Overall, a pretty nice take on the style. Worth grabbing if you see it. Which you probably won't, but still, if you do, grab it.
