750ml bottle, bottled on 07/08/16, into 13oz tulip. Poured a cloudy bright yellow color with 3/4 inch of bright white, fluffy head that had decent retention, and light lacing.
The aroma had just a light tartness, and a pleasant grainy malt scent. On the tongue, the effects of the Lacto used to brew the beer were more pronounced. The grains provided a good foundation, and there was a bit of a lemon tingle at the back end.
The body was light-medium, and a had a dry finish. drinkability was pretty good, this made for a good late morning beer and would have gone well with an omelette. Overall, a pretty nice beer. Not a particular standout, but worth trying if you see it.
