Served in teku. Poured a medium honey-gold color, with over a half-inch of white head that had moderate retention and very light lace.
The aroma was grain, a slight floral aspect, and a bit of funk.
Very similar on the palate, with everything a bit better developed.
The body was medium-light, had good carbonation throughout, and finished semi-dry.
Drinkability was very good, the grain, hops, and funk all held up throughout the glass. Overall, a nice little brew. worth a shot if you see it.

This is described as a "dry hopped sour blonde ale." Clear amber brew with virtually no foam in the Kasteel chalice. Light body with barely a bubble. Not as mercilessly sour as typical of the category. Sort of drinkable if you like a distinctly tart but milder brew.
Rather anemic but then it's meant to be a lightweight. Faint dishwater finish. Overall this is a malty sort of lemonade but more sour than sweet. From the 750 ml bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station in Bellingham.
