Clear yellow brew with abundant foam in the Kasteel chalice. Very aromatic with a hint of citrus in a mysterious stew of scents. Pleasant and perfumey. The Cream of Wheat flavor with a warm fruit taste.
Malty and chewy bold brew, but not overly yeasty. Fortunately they are quite restrained with the lemon balm. Quite mild bitter aftertaste. From the 750 ml bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station in Bellingham.
