Poured into a weizen glass. Pours a slightly hazy, light straw amber with big, four finger white head with great retention and thick lacing. Aroma of cream of wheat, light lemon and coriander. Flavor is lightly grainy wheat, lemon, coriander with a nice coriander infused cream of wheat finish. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. An excellent witbier, very true to style and surprisingly full bodied. Tastes like a a much bigger wheat beer. Well done!
