Pours the most beautiful copper color you’ve ever seen, crystal clear with a light tan head that jumps ship immediately. The nose is a sledgehammer of red apple and some grass, and a bready malt note as well.
The red apple is forward (and backward) on the taste and truly delicious - and there’s also a nice bready flavor on the back of the palate, as well as a bit of grass.
The mouthfeel is surprisingly bright, and fitting with this surprisingly delicious and adventurous beer.

16oz can (no date) poured into 14oz teku. Poured a clean, clear coppery-gold color with over an inch of white head that had moderate retention and light lacing.
Earthy grains had the front of the nose, while the estate grown Tettnang hops provided floral, spice, and light apple notes.
Pretty similar on the tongue, with all the above aspects being brighter and sharper.
The body was medium, smooth, and had a medium-sweet finish that dried out nicely after a few moments.
Drinkability was very nice, a smooth, easy quaff.
Overall, a nicely enjoyable brew. Certainly worth grabbing if you happen to see it.
