Brewed with Cascade hops grown on their farm, and Skagit Valley malt, wheat, and buckwheat, plus "thiolized" yeast.

Pours a clear golden color with plenty of foam in the Stella goblet. Herbal aroma and moderate spritz on the tongue. This has an odd fruity and tart taste, even on the sour side. The flavors start with a faint sweetness and run through grapes and cucumber, plus a note of wild yeast. This is just peculiar and defies sorting out the vegetable flavors. I ended up drinking the whole 16 oz can, not liking the stuff, but trying to figure out what it tastes like. I'll have to lead that to the next reviewer. Purchased at Garden Path.
