This massive chocolate stout is infused with 1.5lbs of organic cacao nibs per barrel, then aged in Deerhammer single malt and bourbon barrels for nine months. This beer is rich and decadent with notes of caramel, whiskey, and chocolate.

8 ball black with a moderately head of tall dark tan foam that retains surprisingly well.
This starts with a mild dark roast nearing coffee before veering to some nutty cacao with a tinge of vanillin from a surprisingly strong whiskey presence in the swallow, exhaling a sharp char.
Mouthfeel is smoothly round with a fine crispness that expands to a blanketing froth.
