On-tap 5/1/2017 at Mac & Walt’s in Norton, MA, served in a becker pint glass.
A: The beer is a deep cloudy gold color, with a large off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains fruity citrus, floral and dank hops and caramelized rye malts.
T: The taste starts out juicy and sweet with flavors of fruity citrus and caramel. Then a strong dank and floral hops bitterness comes in. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is slightly hoppy and slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and very smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Very tasty, goes down very easily, not too filling, decent kick, good representation of style, this is a very good beer to drink for a long time.
