Pours pitch black, fantastic mocha foamy head. Pours thick and syrupy. Great chocolate aroma, dominated by fresh toasted coconut. Taste is very sweet, lots of fresh coconut - liquid mounds bar. When poured in a glass, the top has a sheen on it from the fresh coconut’s oils. Very tasty, a bit too sweet for me, but I will still drink my other 2 bottles...
The only thing that would make this better is Bourbon barrel aging .

Look is pitch black, completely opaque. Smells like chocolate, and intense toasted coconut. Like a fresh baked macaroon. Feel is very heavy with light carbonation. Sweetness is balanced, and the coconut taste lingers. The best coconut stout I’ve ever had.
