A: Moderately light peaches, light nectarines, followed by a sharp, tartness.
A: Slight orangish, golden color, mild haze, with a thin white head that quickly recedes into the glass.
T: Moderate peaches, light nectarines, followed by a faint doughy character and a lightly sharp, slightly harsh sourness.
M: Medium bodied with moderately light carbonation.
O: Alright; peaches dont always work perfectly with lacto and if the fermentation is slightly off, peaches tend to accentuate it. The beer is still refreshing and easy enough to drink, but not entirely clean fermentation.
