Slight haze on the amber brew with abundant foam. Creamy mouthfeel. Certainly not sweet, even slightly. More sharp with a green fruit taste. I wouldn't say it tastes like apricot, but there is a little in the nose. In fact it tastes more like an unsweetened fruit-flavored spritzy water with some body. Overall this is a classic American-style fruity wheat beer but on the austere side. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing.
