This big stout has the perfect flavor combination that will keep you reaching for a glass any time of day. We added Oregon Fruit Products sweet cherry puree in the fermenter to add extra complexity to the chocolatey notes of the malt and contrast the roasty notes of the coffee. We also upped the ante by doubling the amount of coffee that went into this stout, letting it's complex notes reign supreme in the decadent beast. The beer is full in body and jet black in color with a frothy, light-mocha head.

solid stout with a very appropriate amount of cherry. i didn’t notice at first - very subtle, but it really contributes a lot. not phenomenal but very satisfying. i recommend it.

thin. easy to drink. not great....
