In honour of our hopyards, this is a proper India Pale Ale at a drinkable alcohol level. A pale amber malt body emphasizes munich and caramel malts, with enough sweetness to hold up the rather large volumes of fresh Cascade and Golding hops. Spicy, aromatic, and bitter, this is a quenching and lively beer. Order an Insurrection!

Served on tap at the Grape Leaf restaurant in Naramata.
Very drinkable IPA not super Hoppy but a ABY of 5.4 makes it almost a session IPA.
Good food at the Grape Leaf and a nice IPA to top it off.

pint glass out of a keg at my Wedding 18/8/12
A golden copper with bubbles of all sizes feeding a very well sustained think cream colored foam that leaves lots of unorganized lace
S butterscotch, caramels and toffee with a floral and citric hop kick that's tame but bang on for a English IPA
T a mild herbal aspect on top of what I smell with some dry cereals, I preferred the nose but it tastes solid
M more body then I expected from the color, low carbonation but it work for it, the caramels and herbal notes linger on the finish
O this is a great low booze IPA, the hop profiles English for sure and not what I would call a "hop bomb" but a solid well balanced beer
I got this beer for my wedding without trying it and I'm glad I did. its too bad these guys don't bottle anything because I'm not going to get to try this again anytime soon

On tap at Rogue in Vancouver.
A: 1/8" white head over cloudy amber liquid.
S: Citrus hops, floral hops and malt.
T: Floral hops up front which transitions to citrus hops and a nutty malt finish.
M: Thin viscosity and low carbonation.
O: Drinkable IPA which prominent floral hop tones that could benefit from a better mouthfeel.
