JULY 2022
Collaboration with the beer firm Buskers, which for years has produced this beer at other plants, but without ever calling it a "collaboration beer".
Freshly uncorked: very fragrant, explosion of yellow and tropical fruit.
Abundant but soft foam.
In the mouth, as usual, very light body. Perfect carbonation.
Explosive gustatory intensity: mango, papaya, yellow peach, citrus tip before a discreet bitterness: not incisive, but not even impalpable.
Truly in splendid shape: it gives a sensation of freshness to the product.
The light body doesn't affect the taste, but leaves full room for hops.
Extreme lightness combined with an explosive and summery taste that ends with a bitterness that remains a little on the tongue, while on the palate it's a fresh fruit salad (mango, peach, grapefruit).
