33 cl can (€5 from the pub fridge), labeled "Lot: L19 - Best before 05/2024".
It's a fruit sour with wheat and oats as a base and abundant addition of raspberries (the real fruits, no syrups or similar).
As soon as it's uncorked, it smells of berry jam.
Poured even more (raspberry, red currant, berries).
Super evanescent foam (almost like that of a Prosecco), veiled and more opaque ruby colour, but without giving the idea of "dirty".
Invasion of raspberries in the mouth, first the most fruity (and slightly sugary) part, quickly followed by their characteristic acid note which, however, is kept under control without resulting in real astringency. It simply gives a point to the fruitiness, cleaning the tongue and leaving the full taste on the palate.
It's best appreciated when it cools down to room temperature.
Very tasty and balanced, not excessively juicy, nor very acidic.
